Call: Creative Associate Apprentice

Udjenza is seeking a dedicated and creative Malta-based associate as an apprentice to join its team. This role is essential in supporting the artistic and production aspects of Udjenza’s projects, with a focus on the creation of new productions and the development of its portfolio on national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Artistic Direction and Production Management:

● Assist the Artistic Director in managing and overseeing productions in repertoire. .

● Support the creation, development, and execution of new productions, ensuring alignment with the artistic vision and quality standards required by the company.

● Collaborate with the Artistic Director on productions aimed at young audiences, fostering innovative and engaging content.  

2. Research and Development:

● Assist in research and development to explore new artistic trends and innovative production techniques.

● Conduct research to support the development of new artistic concepts and productions.  

3. International Support:

● Aid in the internationalisation of Udjenza productions, promoting and supporting the development of our work on an international level.s.

● Foster relationships with international artists, producers, and cultural organisations to enhance collaborative opportunities.  

4. Brand Support:

● Contribute to the production and promotion of Udjenza and its brands , ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms.

● Assist in marketing and promotional activities to elevate the visibility and impact of Udjenza productions.  

Qualifications:

● Experience: Demonstrated experience in the performing arts, particularly in artistic direction and production management.

● Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Passion: A genuine interest in the performing arts and a commitment to fostering artistic innovation and excellence.

● International Interest: An enthusiasm for the internationalisation of the performing arts, with a desire to engage with global audiences and collaborators.

● Creativity: Ability to contribute creatively to the development of new productions and artistic projects.
